Issue: playback of a exported show with Butler XT (old one) in standalone mode is much slower than in online mode (factor 3 for example).
The value of "DMX Break Distance" in the Butler XT settings might be responsible. The default is 33.
If you set it to (for example) 100, then the describe issue could be reproduced.
