Sympholight V5.0 exits after the Splash Screen

Symptom:
Sympholight V5.0 suddenly exits after the Splash screen.
This is since 03 September 2020. Before it started normally.

With the following Steps, you will get SYMPHOLIGHT working, again:
1. Diconnect your machine from the internet, e.g. by switching off the Wifi connection or pulling the network cable.
2. Start SYMPHOLIGHT.
--> The application starts as usual.
3. In the Menu press "Tools".
4. Select "Application Settings...".
5. In the "General" tab uncheck the checkbox "Check for updates at start".
6. Press OK button.
7. Exit SYMPHOLIGHT.
8. Reconnect the network.
9. Start SYMPHOLIGHT.
--> The application starts.

This is due to the fact, that a new update to Version V5.1 is available and there is a problem with the update mechanism.
